I recently stayed at Terrasse Hotel Playa Del Carmen for 11 nights. The location was quite okay, just enough away from the noisy center to relax, yet close enough to explore Fifth Avenue. The rooftop pool was nice for a quick dip, but I did face some issues like the WiFi not working during my entire stay and my room's balcony being just a French one, smaller than expected.

I had a nice three-night stay at Terrasse Hotel Playa Del Carmen, appreciating the great rooftop bar and the modern bathroom in my Deluxe King Suite. However, the staff service was inconsistent; while some were very friendly, others, like Luna at the front desk, were quite rude. Additionally, the security in the hotel felt lacking, and I found the dining options to be a bit overpriced, even if the food was good.
